With the ComTex™ Panel and System, you can turn inspiring designs into reality. ComTex is a lightweight monolithic façade solution that allows for creative freedom of form without the constraints of weighty masonry construction. The panels are 9mm thick and recessed along the two longer sides, enabling the construction of concealed joints. When used in conjunction with a top-hat fixing system on either timber or light gauge steel frames, ComTex is a lightweight method of construction that’s capable of reducing costly engineering details, structural beams and scaffolding. Pre-primed, the panels are site-finished and boast a high build texture system that includes reinforced jointing and a texture coating. When installed with fire resistant plasterboard, a fire rating of up to 2 hours is possible.
