CinemaZone® acoustic systems have been developed in response to the growing popularity of home cinemas. Utilising Knauf’s SoundStop plasterboard, CinemaZone® allows to create a real cinema experience in a home without disturbing other occupants or neighbours.
CinemaZone®provides a choice of acoustic walls and ceilingsfor home theatres to suit your budget. CinemaZone®systems areavailable in Bronze, Silver and Gold configurationsdepending onthe level of acoustic isolation that they provide. WhileCinemaZone®Gold is recommended for optimum acousticperformance, Bronze and Silver options will provide significantimprovement compared to a standard construction.
CinemaZone®systems are also available in new-build andretrofit configurations. Retrofit systems have been developed sothat the rooms adjacent to the home theatre remain untouched – which means less mess!

The system design takes intoconsideration such building details as floor and wall coverings,size and location of windows and doors, lighting and ventilationto achieve audio-visual quality from the ground up.
